Title: Unable to install new version of MC19 and HDTracks downloader

I've just signed up for HDTracks. The HDTracks downloader (HDtracksDownloader190060.exe) downloaded ok but when it came to install it failed during the unzip process with the attached error message.

I get the same message when the new version of Media Center tries to install.

Running on Windows 7.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

Probably an antivirus error on your machine.  What are you running?

I'm running both Norton 360 and Microsoft Security Essentials. I'll try stopping them both and run the install again.

I switched them both off and still the same problem. This hasn't occurred with any previous versions of MC - is it just coincidental that the HDTracks downloader is involved as well?

Ahh - my fault. I had recently applied some security restrictions that stopped, amongst other applications, 7z. Have now relaxed that restriction and everything is back to normal.
