Title: Questions about album art.
Post by: sruddy on February 04, 2014, 11:32:15 am
I was wondering were it comes from and what control I have if any over the size and quality. My cover art just showed up when I originally ripped my CD collection to wav using WMP. I'm noticing how bad the image quality is on my 1920 x 1200 monitor and even on my iPhone. I realize re sizing will diminish quality. What can I do to improve it?

Try a right click on a file or files and choose Cover Art / Get from Internet.

Cool 600 x 600 worked good for me. Can I update my whole library at once? I have 500 + CD's. Also FWIW right click on art and set to plain for best IQ.

That brings a whole new meaning to Smooth Jazz.

I believe if you select several albums for update, then you don't get a choice in cover art, and the most popular one wins.

That's correct, but you could go back and "fix" any problems.
