Title: Library Share on Network

I can't get other devices (JRemote or other computers) to connect to share the main library. I've generated an Access Key under Options>Media Network>Use Media Network to Share Library...."
Other devices report "ERROR, Access key appears to be invalid. Please try again." Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.  The wiki has two useful topics -- one on Media Network and one on Network Access (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access).

A firewall can always be a problem.

Thanks for the reply, I've used the Wiki quite a bit over the years but can't find anything on this. Firewall is not being used.

Try it w/out an access key and specify the server's LAN IP address instead on the clients.

Thanks MrC, that worked. I had to type in the port# after the IP address.
