Title: MJ can't open my CD-Rom drive

Could anyone help? When I try to play a cd, the MJ tells me "can not open CD-ROM device" Yet my cd-rom works fine otherwise.?

I was having the same trouble. Neither mj or realjukebox would open my cdrom drive. Finally I tried Windows Media Player. It opened it up, identified all the songs and started playing. A few seconds later MJ took over pushed WMP out and started playing the cd. So it could be a conflict with WMP if you have it. I think WMP tries to take over all media playing on your computer.
