Title: Can't get info for a file...

What is with this - "Some of the selected files are not eligible Get Movie & TV Info" ? Could it happen if the name of the file is a title that has not been released yet, like an anti-piracy measure? How do I get manual info then?

More than likely, it is related to your Media Sub Type tag.  Make sure it is set to either Movie or TV Show.

Good advice. Look here for the original guidance around this feature that came in with MC17:

The Wiki doesn't give clear guidance on this one (well not that I could find).
