Title: computer crash when client not connected to server

when my laptop is at home connected to the server,it works perfectly: there are no issues here.
out of home, after coming out of hybernation, with JRiver open sometimes the laptop crashes with blue screen.
after restart JRiver does not open anymore.
can the blue screen be fixed, this beeing extremely unpleasant in business environment?

A blue screen is a hardware or driver problem.
