I keep getting a J River Interact message to reset my cookies, but that hasn't helped. What can I do? I'm in Explorer now, but it feels like you are slipping away.

Working in Firefox 27.0.1 here on multiple machines.
Considering your other post, that makes me even more suspicious that you have something borked on your machine.
