Not sure what you're asking...

Depending on the detail, there are a couple of threads on this subject dotted out there on Intereact:
PC and Mac licensing question (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=84134.0)
PC and Mac cohabitation (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=79008.0)

This thread came out before Mac and Linux were real options:
Using JRiver on multiple systems installations (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=71413.0)
Note my edit of the title. The caveat is that multiple installs are possible for the licenced OS.

You can't mix and match with the 1 licence. There is solid justification (check Interact for more info) for this position that I understand and respect, so all the best pushing against the licencing policy if you decide to give it a go. I'm a user with no other stake in MC, so I can't help you there either.

Hope that clarifies..  ;)

Thanks bro. Apparently i think there's no solution for one license on both MAC and Windows Laptop.
Is that correct?

Nope.  Not unless you count Boot Camp.

They are separate licenses.
