Title: JRiver and Oshare as DLNA servers
Post by: mdanderson on February 24, 2014, 09:34:27 pm
I am currently using JRiver as a DLNA server and playing my music files with my Oppo 105. It works fine but the music files sound rather compressed and not very dynamic compared to using Oshare as a DLNA server and playing the same music files. Is there some setting on the JRiver that I need to adjust? I would much prefer to use JRiver compared to Oshare since JRiver is so much better at organizing the music files. Thanks for any help.

Check the conversion settings on the server.

Check the conversion settings on the server.

I went to conversion options but I dont know if that is the right page or what to be looking for. Thanks.

Edit: I believe I got it. Thanks for the help.
