Title: Analyse Replay Gain as you rip|PLS|encode

Would this be possible? You've got the raw audio stream, so it should be faster than doing it afterwards when you have to decode it as well. This would speed up the CD importing process loads.
Also, if I leave a rip unattended and come back, it's always waiting for me to OK the "Get cover art from internet". Could it have a button saying "Always use these settings and don't ask me again"?
