Title: Cannot register JRiver MC 19 on Windows Server 2012

Hello
I downloaded the latest version on MC19 and after installation I purchased the license using the purchase button. This installation is under Win Server 2012 OS. I tried to install the registration key but it keeps on giving me an error License restoration Not responding. When I check the registration info it displays Unregistered and you have 30 days left. It send me an email that now only 7 restores left. What does it mean?
Need to know why its not registering the license code. Help needed

When you purchase, the license should be installed automatically.

If you get an  error, an antivirus program could be causing it.  Or a firewall screwed down too tight.

I had no anti virus program installed on WS 2102. Yes the firewall could be creating the problem since I cannot get my JRemote working. Will investigate how to set up the rules on WS 2012. Thanks
