Title: LOSS of playlists

Since reinstalling windows xp my library  and all my playlists have dissappeared can any one help          thanks

Did you install in the exact same location? If the original directory-subdirs-data are still there, then upon re-installation of MJ it should use it. If not, then it sounds like the directories got cleaned out, in which case you'll have to run Tools>Import Media and re-create your playlists. If you ever backed up your library, then you could restore it (providing the backup still exists).
