Title: Send mp3 files to USB stick
Post by: 4BYE on March 11, 2014, 07:59:53 am
Hello,

Is there a way to have several albums converted to a USB stick, the way it goes with handhelds?
I found a way to convert one album at the time but I would like to drop certain albums and then let MC do the converting so I don't have to wait for each album. I know I can select multiple albums and than convert but I would like to drop an album to make it easier.

Thanks in advance.

In Tools > Options > Handheld > Add Device you can choose a device like a USB stick and tell JRiver to treat it as a portable.

As it is storage, all audio file types are accepted.

You  have to tell JRiver to force conversion to a format like eg MP3.
Just build a play list and let JRiver do the conversion.

Thanks, that's what I need! Didn't know I could add a USB stick this way.
