Title: How do I bring up Lavfilters during video playback?

Please I need a reminder on how to use or display lavfilter during  movie playback. I see Madvr  but the  Lavfilterxxx are not active.
I registered the lavaudio, lavvideo, lavsplitter ax.
I am on MC 19.0.121.
