Drag and drop does not work for moving a playlist. I am running Mint 16. I need to move the ones under "Imported Playlists" up one level.

Export it to a file then import it on the new location?

No that won't work. The problem is when you import playlists it puts them under "Imported Playlists". But you cannot move it because drag and drop does not work in Linux.
What I ended up doing (which was a pain), is this - Create a new Playlist of the same name where I wanted it in the tree. Then go to the Imported Playlist and do a Send To to the new Playlist of the same name. Then delete the Imported Playlist.
