Title: What's Going On On The Internets Today?

The JRiver logo is gone on Interact, and ArsTechnica and AnandTech are like disaster zones.

I looked earlier and didn't immediately find a major web service down, but I didn't look hard, and then they came back.  But now they all seem broken again.  Anyone know what's up?

Things are mostly working here (mid atlantic), but everything (especially the wiki) is way slower than normal.

I'm not sure why, but CCleaner seemed to make my browser cache go all sideways.  It's never done that to me before, but I was just playing around with it, so maybe I borked up some setting I shouldn't have.
