1. Plays Mp3's
2. Takes Digital Pictures And Sends Them To Who Your Talking Too?

I don't think so, Atari had a video phone back in the early 80's (BETA test phone)

in the 1960's at the ny worlds fair i think it was AT&T that had a proto type video phone.

why not a cell phone?

and why not give it some cpu power to do excel, word, video, mp3's etc...

I would like to cary my cell phone around and play my mp3's (transfered from MJ) and take pictures of things store them into memory for later printing and or saving to the HD.

Not in the US - there is a Nokia coming out in Europe that takes pictures and sends them (7650), and several in the US and Europe that do MP3.
