Title: tracks running into each other

I copy separate tracks from different albums into a playlist -  options/audoi device/ track change/ use gapless is unchecked.    Before one track is finished, the next track starts playing. I don't like Beethoven merging into Young Frankenstein.  How do I get a second or so between tracks??

Check your track change options (Tools → Options → Track Change → Switch Tracks) and make sure the "Do not play silence" option is disabled.
