Title: Can't play video from Amazon Unbox
Post by: AJ Ferguson on March 26, 2014, 07:18:13 pm
Every time I try to open a video downloaded from amazon unbox, it says Something went wrong with playback. The video runs perfectly in windows media player. I have tried to google my issue but I've had no luck. I'm guessing it has something to do with the DRM protection on the video. If I try to play the file in Winamp, it says the encryption level is too high or something like that.

Any ideas to this problem?

You're probably correct.

So there is no way to play these videos through JRiver MC? That's a bummer...
I guess that's my lesson for not purchasing physical copies of the video.

Try telling MC to use WMP to play the file type.
