I just started using Media Jukebox, and I think it looks like a great progam. But I'm having a problem.
CDs I burn with it will play on both my stereos and on each computer I use, but they will not play on my car stereo. I know media can be fussy, but if I burn a CD onto the same media using Adaptec, then I have no trouble playing the CD in my car ... so I know it's not a media conflict, it's only when I use Media Jukebox.
Why would this happen? And is there anything I can do to fix it?

It's not only media that's fussy, it's many car CD players. Even high end -- my Bose/Clarion combo doesn't like CDR media. I've found I can make it less finicky by burning at lower speeds and using media that have a more silvery playing surface than the blues/greens/golds.

MJ uses two different burning engines, one uses DAO (disc at once) and one uses TAO (track at once). If the "use generic driver" box is checked, MJ is using TAO which may be the reason your car player is balking. Try unchecking this box. If it's greyed out (disabled) and you're on winNT/2K/XP, try installing Aspi (see Help menu on this web page or search this forum for "install aspi").
If that doesn't work, your drive probably isn't recognized: try Media Center 9.
