Title: Tagging TV Show Specials
Post by: ssands on March 29, 2014, 01:33:47 pm
So, I have a bunch of seasons of a show, but I also have a collection of specials. They don't fit into the Season / Episode framework as far as I can tell.

How have people dealt with this situation? Is there a preferred way to tag these type of shows?

Look up the show on http://thetvdb.com/ and make a Season 0 folder. They can be renamed as TVshow.S00E01. Special-1.avi or whatever to match the specials.

That's a good idea. Funnily enough though, there already is a Season 0 (This is for Mystery Science Theater 3000).

The Specials come on a distinct disc, but I thinking I might just rearrange them into the proper season....
