Hi Jim,  I recently sent you an e-mail in regards to my MJ7.2 account.  I didn't know if you had gotten it yet, so I will repost the message here:

I recently purchased MJ 8.0 but liked 7.2 much better.  Someone helped me reinstall 7.2 and get rid of 8.0.  My problem now is that 7.2 says I have 27 days to use free and that I need to purchase.  Can I have my 8.0 license that I paid for downgraded to the 7.2?

I paid for 7.2 and switched back and forth it and unstable 8's many many times in various situations ranging from OS reinstall to directory deletion to overwrite to parallel installs, and never had that problem...odd.

But you know, my man, I bet she'd probably feel better if you indicated whether it was a technical or a policy issue that's the dealbreaker there. I know I would.
