Title: MC crashing when switching to Theater view [Solved]

Hello,

I've been having this issue for some time now (maybe 1 month). I didn't reported it because I hoped it would be fixed in recent builts. Looks like it is not yet (using 19.0.125 here).

The issue is that JRiver will crash when staring or switching to Theater view using a server librairy.

If I use the same librairy in standard view => no issue
If I use a local librairy in theater view => no issue

Please fing enclosed the log file.

I did a complete uninstall of JRiver on both clent and serve PCs, with reboot, but it didn't solved the problem ; tried with versions 19.0.68, 19.0.117, 19.0.124, 19.0.125.

A log alone is sadly not very useful with a crash.

Please post the full crash zip file, you can generate it like this:

1. Start MC and reproduce the crash
2. After the crash, Start MC again and in Standard View go to Help -> Logging and press the "Report Problem" button
3. Upload the resulting .zip file here. It'll be stored on your desktop.

Which Theater View skin are you using? Does using another stop the crashes?

Hello Henrick,

I'm using Rapier Fusion (I've been using it since I started to use JRiver, almost 2 years ago).

I've switched to Acajou skin & default theme.

So far no crash...

I will keep you posted.

Thanks, I'll test the Rapier Fusion theme myself, maybe I can find something.

I made a change that has promise to prevent the crash.

I've been using the new build this past few days and had no more crashes !  8)
