How do I use Play Doctor when a track is already playing, the cover art takes over.

OK, I had a look at that and it says:
"You can find Play Doctor in the Playing Now pane when no media is playing. If it is not visible, look for two small up and down arrows at the very top of the pane. "

I can't see any up/down arrows in the pane

Look for the small triangles in the black in this picture.

You can click on them to restore the divider to the default position.
