Title: Firewire CD-RW drive

Hello,
 I just bought a firewire cd burner and i cannot get it to function correctly with MJ 8.207. I can use it to burn cds, but I am unable to encode audio cds from it. I click on the devices and I get a dialog box saying that it is searching for devices. It shows up but when I put in an audio cd and click on the drive, it comes up that MJ cannot open CDRW drive. Anybody have any ideas?? THanks

Do you mean that you can't _rip_ (or copy) CD's?  The FAQ here may help.  You may need the encoder plugin installed.

You can also try both analog and digital settings for the CD drive.
