Title: Activation Code accepted but registration not stored on mac

Hi,

I tried to activate my MBA four times now. Always without success.
I copy the activation code from the email and then open the registration dialog.
The code then is already pre filled in the text box.

When I press OK, the dialog closes with a success message. I also get the email, hat the activation code was used.

BUT: The application remains in trial mode, telling me that only 15 days are left!

So, my problem is, that only one activation is left and my mac is still not activated.
Please reset my counter and tell me, how I can activate my mac.
It worked all without problems on my windows PCs. So, here shouldn't be a problem with the code itself.

I am running Mavericks (1.9.3 Build 13D33) on my MBA.

A PC license won't work on a Mac.  You must also have the correct version installed.  More here:

Does this mean, that I have to buy a second license or do I simply have to follow the restoring process to get a mac specific activation code?

Is it possible to get the counter rewetted for my windows key?

We can reset the restores if you run out.

It is a separate license, no relationship.  Separate purchase.

Got it.

I just bought an additional mac license just to support this excellent product.
Anyways I would have appreciated it to get at least a small discount (e. g. 20%) respecting me as an existing windows customer.

Please reset my counter on my windows license, please. Otherwise the limit will for sure hit me, when "no one is available at the moment" (I am living in Germany, not USA).

In the last mail it stated:

You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 19 Windows. There are 10 restores available in each 12 month period.  There are 0 restores remaining at this time.
