Title: My MC is running on my MAC, but licence is not working on my PC, why?

I have purchased a MC licence last month from my MAC and is running well there. But my laptop is a PC, running windows 8.1 and MC only worked while the trial period. Now the PC do not recognize the licence.
¿do I need to purchase a new licence for PC, different from MAC?

Help! :'(
