Hello, I have downloaded my purchased jriver 19 on my second computer and u
I've done it two different times and it acts as though it is a trial version. I am
using up my stash, what do I do??

that is what I did twice and each time the process says it works and subtracts
from the total allowed but doesn't work. The next time I log in it states It states
I need to do it again. thanks

Don't worry about the restores, they can be reset if needed.

Mac and PC licenses are separate.  One won't work with the other.  Is that the problem?
