Verified this on both of my systems. If I'm signed into my YouTube account, I get the message "Something went wrong with playback. Details: The file could not be found. Check that the file.......
Is anybody else having problems with YouTube while in theater view or in the browser?
edited for clarification.

Just did a complete uninstall / re-install. No effect.
Nobody else is having this problem?

Used CC cleaner to no avail.
Any thoughts? Anyone?

Same here. It is not only in theater view. There is also a problem, if you go to JRiver's browser and try to play some Youtube video inside the player by clicking and holding Ctrl key. The menu to choose from doesn't appear if you are logged in Youtube. I hope this will be solved soon.

Great! Finally!! I'm not the only one. I suspect most people don't bother to log in. If you don't, most videos play fine. However, I've got several dozen of my own personal videos that will not show up unless the "owner" is logged in. Also, many videos featuring hunting and fire arms require age verification via a user log-in.
Thanks for the post.

A more graphical explanation. And yes, in the JRiver browser as well.

I am unable to replicate the problem. Have you tried toggling the Browser Engine? Tools -> Options -> Tree & View -> Web Browser -> Engine
Both IE and Chromium work for me even logged in, but maybe the other might work for you.

Thanks for the idea Connersw. Unfortunately, that didn't make a difference.
This is really baffling. I've got two PC's and the problem showed up at the same time and nothing I try seems to makes a difference.

Just installed the latest version of MC on a third PC and still doesn't work when signed in.

I can reproduce this. We'll look into it. Thanks for the report.

This has been fixed and will be in the next build.

Very cool. Thank you very much.

Awesome!
Thanks!
Much appreciated!
