MC19 has developed the habit of going to a blackscreen for 30-40 seconds on startup. After that, the program functions normally.
I have a brand new above-average spec computer, and this is a new installation of MC19. I do have more than 2000 albums in the library, so I could understand if MC takes a while to load the library file. However, if I close the program, and then re-open it soon after, it opens instantly.
This also started to happen with MC17, and I assumed that it was due to the age of the computer, and the increasing size of the library.
I only use it for audio files.
Is this normal, or can someone troubleshoot for me?
