Requesting a reset on my restore licenses.

Please implement a more streamline method for authentication.

It would be helpful if you could explain what your issues were with authentication, rather than just saying that it should be better.
 
 
(I'm sure someone on the JRiver team will sort this out quickly though)

You have restores remaining.  We can reset them if you do run out.
