Title: Howto copy a simple MC-Playlist from one Mac to another?

I'd like to transfer a playlist with fixed order from my MacMini to my MacBook.

Therefore i exported the playlist as m3u8 file, copied it to the MacBook and tried to import it.
The library got new entries but the playlist itself was not created in the left hand pane where the Playlists reside.

What did i wrong?
