Are there any current promotions going on for upgrading to MC 19?

Look for the next newsletter, in about a week.

ok thanks. I was using the 30 day free trial and the extension which have expired. Now I am locked out.
I did not save my library before the trial expired.
If I downgrade back to MC18, will I lose all my updates/tagging I made since my last library backup?

If you have an MC18 license, you should be able to upgrade to MC19 at a reduced cost.
I'm not certain on the process, but if you have MC18 installed and registered on your system, then launch MC19, the option to purchase it should take you to a different page with the discount.
Someone else here may be able to clarify this.

I don't have MC 18 because I upgraded to 19 on the trial. MC was removed
Is there anyway I could get a 1 day extension on mc 19 so I can save my library?
Thanks

It's currently $26.98 to upgrade.

Installing a new version of Media Center should not remove the previous version.
You should be able to reinstall MC18 (http://files.jriver.com/mediacenter/channels/v18/latest/MediaCenter180212.exe), register it (be sure to run the program at least once!) and then run MC19 to receive a discounted upgrade price—$27 instead of $50.

Installing MC19 doesn't remove any previous version. It may still be there.

I tried to find a a recent backup, but the most recent was a couple days old. I had made a bunch of changes.
Can I get one day extension to make a backup?
Thanks
