Title: How do I pay?

I down loaded MC and love it, but when I click on "buy from the help menu, nothing happens.

It could be a firewall problem.  It's likely that some security program is preventing access.  We've seen it before.

It would be best to find out what is causing the problem, but there is an alternate way to purchase:

 the windows firewall control panel shows jriver is allowed through

that works, thanks. all the other help pages come up in MC including where it will take a license #
That was kind of creepy, I purchased jriver as a gift to myself, opened the email copied the license #, opened jriver to paste it, and it was already there, I had looked a few minutes prior and it was not. No firewall issues.

The licence window will automatically enter the contents of your clipboard, just like magic ;)

Right.  It is convenient.  Not very magical though.  It just looks at the contents of your clipboard (which, by definition, is a place where all applications can get and put data), and if they look like a valid serial number, automatically pastes in the contents for you.
