Title: How to create a PDF list for the library?
Post by: Badge01 on May 19, 2014, 02:48:48 pm
Excuse me if this is in the FAQ. I didn't see it. I use Media Center 19. I have all my collection on a USB drive and controlled by 19. I would like to generate a list of all my albums in the library to a PDF file for easy reference. Is there a way to do that? Thanks

You can cut any list style View and paste the data into a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice (https://www.openoffice.org/) Calc. OpenOffice Calc is free. Either of the recent versions of these will then allow you to convert the spreadsheet to a PDF file. You can add columns in your View if you want more data.

I have tried the method listed by MrC a couple times with no success. I get to step 4 and can't find List style in the drop down View list.

Maybe you're having the same terminology issue as this user:
