Title: scan error

When scanning for channels i am receiving error message "failed to build digital preview graph". I am on a antenna with a avermedia a336 tuner. None of the forum posts have solution that i can find. I need some help.

I received your email.  The problem shown in the log is that we failed to connect the tuner device 'AVerMedia USB Polaris Digital Tuner' to the "Network Provider" device.  It essentially failed in the first step.

I still would like to see the result of "Copy television related filter info to clipboard" (item 5 on the instruction I linked above).

What is the model of your tuner device?  The reason I ask is that two users from Europe have posted questions about a tuner called "AVerTV Volar HD".  Is yours an ATSC tuner?
