Title: MP3 Player
Post by: anothertastytreat on January 03, 2003, 06:16:23 am
???I have a NEX II MP3 Player created by Frontier Labs.  They told me to use Media Jukebox for Windows 98/2000.  I thought that is what I have, I have Media Jukebox 8.  And when I try to use my MP3 player and transfer files to it, after connecting it with the USB cord, it won't show up as connected! Do I have the wrong program needed?  What am I doing wrong for my computer to not realize that my MP3 player is plugged in?  PLease help me!  Thank you :-/

Sorry for the delay in responding, I was on vacation.

Are you looking for the drive letter associated with your NexII under "Devices..." in the tree?

Can you see your NexII when you click on "My Computer"? If not, your problem is you must install the drivers for the NexII which should come with the player.
