Title: ipod 80GB won't sync unless I restart computer. Why?

Hi, I am enjoying MC 19, but I have a question: Why do I have to restart my computer to get MC19 to recognize my ipod 80GB , 5th generation? Nothing else works , but a restart works every time. Just wondering ! ?

Try killing anything iTunes is running in the background.
