I'm reposting my question from yesterday that nobody responded to. All my audio files are on a Drobo 5D. I was running MC18 on my laptop, which was connected to the Drobo. I upgraded to MC19 without any problems. I recently got a new desktop computer. After installing MC19 and the Drobo firmware, I attempted to import my audio files on the Drobo into my library. When I did this, however, my files shown in my library were no longer differentiated as to artist, album, track name, genre, track number, etc. as they were when I was using my laptop.
What's the deal? I really hope I don't have to re-enter all that information for every single album.

Did you have tagging enabled on the old system? Were you using auto-import?
The best solution would be to Restore from your old computer's Library backup, and then do any path name fixes. Do you have those auto-generated library backups?

Thanks for responding. I don't know if I have them or not. I'll check.
