Purchased Mac 19 license yesterday. Been trying to install since then. Repeatedly getting the above error. Cannot install application. Meantime, burning through my restores ! Used three of them.
Have meticulously entered, then copied and pasted license key.
Getting the license error.
Can you help please ??

Thanks for your purchase and welcome to the forum.
That could be a firewall problem. The license server is working.
But you must install the program first, then restore.

Took the firewall down and still getting the error.
MC 19 was installed as trial some time ago. Purchased 5/26 and received the Code. When I click on the app icon from the trial, I'm prompted to purchase or restore.
I've already purchased so I've been hitting restore.
Am I doing something wrong?
Again, burning thru restores here
(BTW I'm a dealer in Greensboro and looking forward to running JRiver after less than fulfilling experiences with other player software)

Ok. Installed. But along the way I used 4-5 of the restores. I had to download and reinstall rather than execute the license from the old trial.
After the new download, with the firewall up, it worked fine.
Can you restore my restores ? ;D

They can. If you run out, just ask, and they can reset them.
