Title: need help

I have been struggling getting jriver to work on a new mac mini finally an apple genius swerved into a solution and it seemed to work at the apple store.  now I can get the ipad to sync with the mini using the jriver app is the access key the same as the install key? using either the ip address or key I get cannot connect message

Go  to Settings > Media Network to get the Access Key.  It is not the same as the Install Key.  Read about "Media Network" on our wiki.
