Title: playing mp3 cd

i have a mp3 cd i made with about 9 hours of muice on it,for a total of 143 songs.i open the MediaJukebox,put the CD in to play and it won't play the music.please walk me thru how i get my MP3 cd to play my music.  thank you  PS i have played the said disk in a dvd player,and the music sounded great-----help----please
