Title: DVD aspect ratio

Hi

We are watching the west wing. Seasons 1 and 2 were 4:3 and MC displayed full image in the vertical and black bars at sides on our 16:9 tv. Season 3 looks 16:9 but MC puts black bars all around it. Why does it do thi slather than expanding to fill the screen?

How do I set MC to automatically set image to be optimized on the display?

Microsoft DVD Navigator makes these decisions, and it's not possible to customize.  If you manually make changes, those should be remembered.
