Title: Media Center 19 unresponsive in windows 8.1

Hello, I installed and re-installed media center 19 on my dell xps13 running windows 8.1. It appears to install with no problem, however, when I import audio files and attempt to play them, MC19 becomes unresponsive. ?

In particular, issues like that are commonly caused by a meddlesome Anti-Virus suite, or by problems with your Audio Setup.  There is also an audio-specific troubleshooting guide here:
