How do I import image and audio playlists from V. 15 to V 19?

I don't remember back far enough to remember if v15 had a Library Backup function.  But, look in the Library Manager.  If you can back it up to a Zip file, then you can restore the Library into MC19.

I probably wouldn't restore the settings, though (lots has changed).  It asks you about this separately when you go to restore the backup.
