Title: JRiver Media centre 19 on 4K monitor
Post by: weedub on June 21, 2014, 04:32:22 am
I thought I might mention that I purchased a Samsung 4K monitor / and even with Windows 8.1 scaled up,

some aspects of the interface are not displayed correctly.

eg: In options the check boxes are very tiny, also the icons at the end of the progress bar in the standard view are tiny,

and when I mouse over the DSP Studio icon ,the pop up is  unreadable.

So I am in hope that sometime soon this will be corrected/I am in the belief that eventually 1080P will be a thing of the past

and every thing will move towards 4K and higher resolutions/and all software creators will have to catch up.Photoshop at this point

at these 4K resolutions is almost unusable / at least JRiver is almost there

Thank you

Media Center has support for high DPI displays, but does not currently scale properly with Windows' DPI settings.

There's an easy fix though: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=89707.msg616134#msg616134 (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=89707.msg616134#msg616134)
