I HAVE 1PC IN ONE ROOM AND 2ND PC IN ANOTHER ROOM.
JRiver is installed on the pc1 and on pc2. pc1 has a large audio library and some j/river- playlists.
pc2 uses the pc1 disk audio library ( WINDOWs sharing).
how can i arrange this set up in a way that the i manage the audio libraries and play list on pc1 and use everything inte same intrface on pc2.
ESPECIALY I NEED TO SEE THE the same rating of the audio on both pc's ( i do changes only on pc1).
i do not do any management changes on pc2.
i use mp3 ape flac cue and m3u files.
i am looking for something like gizmo on android but it should work on pc-windows with JRiver interface/software .
thank you .

Just share the library folder and connect to it. Or optionally use Media Server and connect that way.
-
Search for "Tremote" on our wiki.
-
i turned on the "media server" i see the little icon.
how can i connect my other pc ("the client") to this server ?
thank you

It should give you an Access Key. Look in Options > Media Network.
Enter that key on the client machine.

i see the key. but how and where can i insert it ?
-
[File > Library > Library Manager > Add Library]
Name it and put the code in where it says "Access key or URL".

thank you all !!!
it works !
i dont like that i have to keep on 2 pc's software with same version, (client and server must have same database version).
i think that as long as the client is at higher version level it should be ok
