Title: Somewhat confused about sever library sync.

As far as I understood to get the server and client to sync any changes to the library, you need to give the library a password (in addition to the standard access code), this however makes the changes sync both ways. Is it possible to get client A and B connected to server C, and for client A have changes sync both ways, and for client B only sync changes from the server back to the client, not the other way around?
