Title: Upmixing to 11.1?

Any recommendations for the best mix settings to use for up-mixing to 11.1?
(heights, wides)

Something like DTS Neo:X would be cool, but inside JRiver, to take advantage of its other processing features.

+1 for coolness. Would probably be a cost driver for me, could probably not resist the urge to buy a couple of new speakers...
