Welcome to the forum. The wiki has topics on "Media Network" and "Network Access (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access)".
MC needs to be installed and running on the PC. You can run "Media Server" on Windows startup and that will be enough.
The Access Key is generated on the PC under Media Network settings. In the same place, there is a test.

I do install and Running MC on my PC, i get the access key also,
but when kei into my iphone. my iphone show
" Error
Access key was verified, but computer connection failed. Make sure your computer is running and connected to a network"
-
Did you try the Network Access (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access) topic on the wiki?
-
ya, i try d...
but i dunno how to set the port 52199
-
On the server, the default port is 52199. It's set in the Media Network options.
The firewall may be causing you problems.
-
ya, i think so, but even i try to switch off my firewall also cannot make the jremote get connect
-
is that any guidance that can help me step by step setting on my firewall?
my computer din't use any antivirus program
-
Try an Internet search on how firewalls work.
MC uses ports 52100 to 52199.
Usually your firewall will ask the first time an application tries to use a port.
